Shipping

All items are posted on the following Monday or Tuesday of each week. An email will be sent to confirm that the item has been shipped.

Australia

Items shipped throughout Australia are posted via the Express Post network. The Express Post network guarantees next day delivery, however if your postal address is not covered by the network the fasted possible transport links will be used and therefore next day delivery is not valid. 

Tracking is included in the service. Email updates will be sent to the recipient of the parcel about the progress delivery and journey.   

Adding an optional extra of signature on delivery entails an extra $2.95 cost. 

The exception to Express Post is with any greeting card or card pack. 

USA and Canada

Items shipped to the USA and Canada via Airmail. Delivery is quoted between 3 to 10 businesses days in metro areas. 

All packages come completed with a customs form.   

UK and Europe

Items shipped to the UK and Europe are via Airmail. Delivery is quoted between 3 to 10 businesses days in metro areas. 

All packages come completed with a customs form.   

China

Items shipped to China are via Airmail. Delivery is quoted between 3 to 10 businesses day in metro areass. 

All packages come completed with a customs form.   

Japan

Items shipped to Japan are via Airmail. Delivery is quoted between 3 to 10 businesses days in metro areas. 

All packages come completed with a customs form.
