1. How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?

Depending on the destination of your items; all Australian items are shipped via the Australian Post which estimate 2 - 7 business days. 

International orders are estimated between 3 - 10 business days. These items are shipped via AIRMAIL.

2. When will my item be shipped?

Items are shipped on the following Wednesday of every week. If there are any hiccups with your order, you will be contacted.


3. Can I send my order to someone else?

Yes you can! Just place the full name and address of the recipient in your order form along with any additional information. 


4. Do you gift wrap?

Yes, and there is no extra fee. All you need to do is leave a name for the gift tag on your way through the checkout - alternatively email [email protected]


5. Can I track my order?

Orders throughout Australia can be tracked. You will receive email updates on your parcel's journey. International orders do not have a tracking system, however you will receive a confirmation email when your order has been sent. 

 
6. How will I know you have sent my order?

You will receive a confirmation email. 


7. Do you do commissions?

9. Can I buy a piece unframed?

Some items do come unframed. Check out the products page or alternately email [email protected]


10. Can I pick up my order from your store?

If you live in the local area (Perth) then contact [email protected] to arrange a pick up time - this eliminates the postage cost.


11. Can I return my item?

If your piece is faulty or damaged then contact [email protected] for a replacement.

Returns are only subject to the first two weeks from purchase. Send the item back via registered post - once the item has been check and certified to be returned your money will be refunded. 

Please note that postage cannot be refunded and postage to Carris Creatures is at your own cost.
